Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase, please do let us know if you are unhappy with your order as it helps make us better!

Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We are happy to exchange or refund any item except bespoke/personalised items, however, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact me on 07967 018369 or via the contact us page to arrange collection etc. which is usually free of charge.

Once your return is received and checked, we will process the refund.

Please allow 3 days for the refund to appear on your statement due to bank transfer times etc.

We are happy to exchange sizes etc and this can be arranged easily by contacting us (as above). We are unable to exchange bespoke or personalised items.

To return your product, you should contact us to arrange as this can usually be done free of charge. However, where this is not possible you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
